Identity of the Data Controller In accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), as Akari Fashion Fethiye ("Company"), acting in the capacity of data controller, we process your personal data within the scope of our sales activities for wedding dresses, evening gowns, and special occasion dresses for the purposes and within the framework explained below.
1. Purposes of Processing Personal Data Your personal data (identity, contact, customer transaction, finance, physical size/measurement information, etc.) collected during your purchases from our physical store or e-commerce site are processed for the following purposes:
- Receiving orders, preparing products, carrying out tailoring/fitting processes (using size and measurement data), and ensuring product delivery (via cargo, etc.),
- Establishing and executing distance selling contracts for online purchases,

2. To Whom and For What Purposes the Processed Personal Data Can Be Transferred Your collected personal data may be transferred to the following parties to fulfill the purposes mentioned above;
- Cargo and logistics companies for the delivery of your orders,
- Banks and electronic payment institutions for the realization of payment transactions,
- Authorized public institutions and organizations (Ministry of Finance, courts, etc.) to fulfill our legal obligations,
- Our business partners providing e-commerce infrastructure and IT support services (server, hosting companies), within the framework of the personal data transfer conditions specified in Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK.
3. Method and Legal Reason for Collecting Personal Data Your personal data is collected in physical and electronic environments verbally or in writing during your visit to our physical store, through forms you fill out on our e-commerce site, order screens, and your communications with us (phone, e-mail).
Your data is collected based on the legal grounds stated in KVKK Article 5/2: "It is necessary to process the personal data of parties of a contract, provided that the processing is directly related to the execution or performance of the contract," "It is mandatory for the data controller to be able to perform his legal obligations," and "Explicit consent" for marketing activities.
4. Rights of the Data Subject under Article 11 In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to: learn whether personal data is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically/abroad, request correction if it is processed incompletely/incorrectly, request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, and request notification of these operations to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred.
